Very tasty nonya meal. Decode to try, soy sauce chicken, sambal French beans, honey pork strips. All are cooked well. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Forget to take photo of the food but the food are fantastic! Which explains why we forget to take photo. Other than the food, the service were fantastic! Knowing that we can't stop slurping the sauces, the waitresses offered to help us dabao some of the sauce. Knowing that we are with a bunch of kids, they too, allow us to swap the spicy vegetables dish in the set menu, to a non spicy one. Last but not least, they even let us customise our chendol! Will come back for the food but most probably, the service will be the main reason why we will be coming back. Special shout out to Xuan, Xing Xing N the auntie preparing the chendol! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Tried this Peranakan restaurant in Kovan Heartland Mall just beside the wet market. The place was spacious and simple with touches of Peranakan decor around the walls. The staff were accommodating and attentive throughout our visit. Once seated, we were promptly served water and given the menu. We decided to try their weekday Peranakan set, which comes with one main, two sides, rice and dessert. For my main, I chose the Beef Rendang, paired with Fried Ngo Hiang and Tahu Goreng as my sides. I also went with Nasi Puteh and ended the meal with Chendol for dessert. We also ordered the Ayam Goreng Rempah Noodles which came generously topped with ingredients. Overall, the dishes were flavourful and satisfying. The Beef Rendang was rich and aromatic while the sides complemented the meal nicely. The only slight letdown was the Nasi Puteh which was still a little undercooked. Aside from that, service was quick and efficient. Prices were reasonable too especially for the weekday Peranakan set. Overall, we had an enjoyable dining experience and would definitely return again.
