炭火の直火で焙煎する素晴らしいコーヒー屋さんです！ 豆の種類やロースト具合も選べます。 私はタイ産豆のダークでエスプレッソを入れてもらいました。かなりダークのためお水を一緒に出してくれました！ そして、隣で奥さんが炭火で焙煎を始めました。機械が主流の世の中で、炭火の直火で焙煎をしてるのは初めてみました！ また線路の真横ということもあり、すごいシチュエーションでコーヒーを味わうことができます。こんなシチュエーションはタイ以外では考えられませんね！！ 日曜日はおやすみのため、旅行最終日には行かれませんが、またバンコクに来た際には寄りたいと思います ご主人も奥さんも非常にいい人なので、ゆっくりとお話をしながら朝のコーヒーを楽しめました. Jack Rails Slow Bar was one of the most memorable coffee stops during my trip to Bangkok. This little coffee spot is run by a lovely husband-and-wife team right beside the railway tracks near Pratunam. If you’re lucky, you’ll even get to watch a train pass by while enjoying your coffee, which adds to the charm of the place. The owner roasts his own coffee beans as a passion, and you can tell he genuinely enjoys sharing that passion with everyone who visits. There’s no rush here—just good coffee, friendly conversations, and a relaxed atmosphere. I ended up staying for almost two hours. Around lunchtime, the wife started cooking their meal, and to my surprise, they even invited me to join them. That simple act of kindness made me feel less like a customer and more like a guest in their home. It’s not a fancy café, but that’s exactly what makes it special. If you appreciate heartfelt hospitality, slow coffee, and authentic local experiences, Jack Rails Slow Bar is a place you’ll remember long after your cup is finished.
