The location is interesting, a modern/retro US diners with leds, screens and vintage memorabilia. I liked it. The foh service has been warm, professional and reactive. Boh was rather slow, even tho we there were only 2 tables at the time we dined there. Pizzas were rather average. Especially the margherita was very plain. One margherita and one salami for 360$ total bill i would expect a bit more than this Price per person: $150–200 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

I’ve been to Jacomax for few times in Sheung Wan, this is my first time visiting TST branch. I ordered a Hawaiian, Carbonara, Tiramisu, black sesame gelato and a cold pressed apple juice. For the Hawaiian, the pineapple is so fresh that I can’t taste this freshness from other pizza shops. The pizza base is so Italian style which I could remind that I had in Italy, not all HK pizza shops can do. The mozzarella is so cheesy and chewy. Yum! Carbonara is so juicy and cheesy. Yum yum! Tiramisu is good, just the lady finger is not too juicy like Pici’s, but is fine. Black sesame gelato texture is good, but a little bit sweet, suggest to reduce the sweetness. Cold pressed apple juice is nice! Service is good, staff is polite and always have my cup filled. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $250–300 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
