Experienced very bad customer service. Staff told us that there are people queuing outside and that if we can get the bill now when we were still finishing our food and wine. We actually wanted to order the Tiramisu dessert but his tone was really rude and the mood was ruined. I told him that it’s not very nice to chase away customers especially when they are celebrating Mother’s Day and it wasn’t stated in their restaurant policy. Food was good but unfortunately service is bad. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Jag Wine quickly became a regular spot for me, thanks to its warm service and inviting familiarity. I found myself returning every week, drawn not just by the cozy atmosphere but also by their impressive collection of wines. The staff are warm without being over the top, and sommelier Sher always nails the wine recommendations. I’m also a little obsessed with their vongole, especially the soupy version — simple, hearty, and full of flavour. It’s not fancy or fussy, just good food, good wine, and a place that feels easy to come back to. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Garlic Grilled Prawns
