オープン前からシェフのSNSの投稿を見ていて、行きたいと思ってたタイフュージョンのファインダイニング。外のバーになってるテラス席がかなり大きいけど、今回は室内の席に。結構ゆったりと空間を使って4人掛けテーブルが3つと、個室がありました。 ・Pani Puri with Crab Topping インドの屋台で売ってたやつのタイ風の感じ。ピーナツ系のクリーミィな味付けで上品。 ・Cobia Thai Fish Ceviche Miang Kham タイの前菜ミアンカム(เมี่ยงคำ)風味のセビチェ。一見ジェノベーゼソースみたいに見えるけど、ミアンカムで使うバイチャプルー(ใบชะพลู)をすり潰したもの。独特の風味で、切り身の上に載る揚げたやつがミアンカムの具を合わせたものなので、完全タイ風味で美味しい。 ・Semi Dried Squid with Roe 卵を持った小さなイカの一夜干しを揚げたものを、チリソースで味付け。見た目ほど辛くない。 これら3品にビール1本頼んで約3,500円と、トンローでおしゃれなのにお手頃。ファインダイニングなのにアラカルトで頼めるし、かなりオススメ。5に近い4。. What an incredible way to end our Thailand trip! We spent our last evening at Jakawaan and absolutely loved every second of it. The concept of Thai tapas is simply amazing and every single dish was a highlight on its own. The food was packed with fresh herbs, bold spices, and the perfect level of heat. From the ceviche to the crab pani puri and the Pad Kra Pao, every dish was creative, unique, and full of flavor. You can truly feel the passion and attention to detail in every plate. We especially loved the wide variety of small dishes, which allowed us to experience so many different flavors throughout the evening. On top of that, the staff was incredibly warm, attentive, and friendly. This was an absolute culinary experience and without a doubt one of the best restaurants we visited during our trip. We would come back anytime and highly recommend Jakawaan to anyone looking for something truly special in Thailand! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
