米軍岩国基地内のレストラン。ドル払いチップ必要。ゲスト入場すれば誰でも利用可能。量は多いが味はまぁまぁ。米兵向け。ニューヨークステーキを食べたがアメリカ本土の牛肉なのでかなり硬い。サラダ、スープ、デザートもあり、ボリュームはかなりあった。高くはないがそんなに安くもない。

The atmosphere upon walking in is a quaint one. The seating is very open and has quite a community feel about it. My waitress was prompt to bring me out fresh beverages for me and my guests shortly thereafter we ordered appetizers. I got the mozzarella sticks. The breading was even and fried to perfection. The cheese on the inside was melted beautifully. Not too hot, but not too cold either. Simply perfect. Afterwards I ordered a beautiful New York Strip, medium rare. It came out gorgeous. A nice seat on the steak and seasoned nicely with a balanced blend of salt and pepper. I had a side of mashed potatoes and they excellent. Creamy, yet firm at the same time. I washed down my entree with a wonderful glass of Pinot. Highly recommend the 1988 house bottle. Simply perfect. For desert we had a luscious chocolate lava cake topped with a scoop of sweet vanilla ice cream. The cold ice cream paired with the warm lava cake proved to be an excellent way to finish off the evening. Throughout this entire evening the staff proved to be nothing but professional, courteous, and prompt at all times.
Only three stars because they didn’t offer me a colorable kids menu upon entering. Nor were the crayons edible. And the glue got caught up in my throat. I expected more from a Marine Corps Bass establishment.
