1st time here amazed by their juicy dumplings! Ordered the traditional dumplings. Will come back for their premium dumplings. Lady boss very generous, she provides free side dish and dessert, self service. We had a lovely family meal at Jia He Xing Dumplings, a well-known dumpling chain from Beijing. The dumplings are freshly wrapped and cooked to order, and the fully transparent kitchen made us feel very confident about the cleanliness and food quality. I brought my daughter, and she really enjoyed the meal. She usually doesn’t like eating vegetables, but this time she ate several dumplings, especially the colorful ones, which she found fun and delicious. It was such a pleasant surprise for us. The egg fried rice was excellent — each grain was fluffy and well separated. We asked for less oil and less salt for our daughter, and it still tasted great. It felt light and healthy without being bland at all, especially when paired with their side dishes and chili. I also highly recommend the shiitake mushroom noodles, braised beef shank, and Lv Da Gun (traditional rolling donkey dessert). Overall, a very satisfying and wholesome meal, perfect for families with kids.
