完全予約制のラーメン屋さんです。 現在は比較的土日でも前もって予約すれば予約できるみたいです。 前日当日だと希望時間が埋まってるかもですので、早めの予約をおすすめします。 メニューは予約する際に一緒に注文します。 飲み物は水、コーラ、ゼロコーラ、マカオソーダ、キリンビールがありました。 1組あたり１時間半時間をもらえますのでゆったり食事することができます。 エビのラーメン美味しかったです。 スープは濃厚で麺ももちもちでした。 量は普通ですが、大食いの方には物足りないと思うのでご飯物のサイドメニューも頼むといいかもしれません。 店主の方も丁寧な接客、調理をしていて気さくな方でした。 また機会がありましたらよろしくお願いします。. Thai language below If you have a plan to visit Si Racha, definitely add this place to one of your destination! You can find a booking info in Jipuso Ramen Facebook page. Jipuso Ramen want to present a concept of Seafood Ramen by introducing each kind of seafood such as Shrimp, Crab, Scallop as a main ingredient in each of their ramens. Overall taste is lighter than your traditional ramen, but still perfectly highlight the main ingredient. This lighter taste makes each ramen easy to understand and enjoyable by everyone. The owner knows so well what he is doing, before we dig in the ramen we ordered, the owner will always introduce an alternative ingredient/a way to eat that compliment perfectly with the ramen he is serving us. Today we ordered 3 ramens: -Lemon Hotate (480 THB) -Mosaic Shrimp (390 THB) -Only Crab Ramen (440 THB) My personal favorite was Mosaic Shrimp, but the other two were perfect as well. Overall, 10/10 for me and I would visit again whenever I have a trip nearby. A shop worth reserving if you come to Sriracha. And it's not difficult to reserve. Jipuso Ramen is a ramen shop that focuses on the concept of presenting seafood ramen by adjusting the flavor to suit Thai people. Normally, ramen that we are familiar with has to be very spicy, salty, and very oily. If you have shrimp ramen, it must smell like shrimp hitting your face. If you can't finish eating the entire plate, you'll start to feel greasy and it will be more difficult to continue eating. But this restaurant is different. This restaurant presents each seafood ramen menu by highlighting the main ingredients from the toppings to the soup itself. Being a seafood ramen shop, the owner's signature is to add kangpu (dried scallops) to every seafood ramen menu, adding texture and giving the soup more dimension. The flavor of the ramen will still be strong but it won't be so heavy and greasy like commonly found ramen. This makes it possible to still have the full flavor of the main ingredients, but you can eat the whole soup easily. And you can feel that the owner of the restaurant has thought out each menu very well. For every menu, the owner knows the weak points of the menu and that some Thai people might want to add this kind of flavor to the dish. He will tell you the method or give additional items to add to the dish. For example, in the shiohotate soup menu, the owner has added some sourness to it. But I will say that if you want the soup to be more sour, you can soak the dried lemons for a while longer. Or, for the Mosaic Shrimp Ramen menu, the owner will give you extra chili and salt if you want a sour and spicy taste. More shrimp The one I ordered today was based on the shape and intensity of the flavor. -Hotate Lemon 480.- -Mosaic Shrimp 390.- -Only Crab Ramen 440.- Every menu is delicious, 10/10, but if you like it the most today, it's Mosaic Shrimp. Anyone who comes to Sriracha, I recommend that you try stopping by to eat, you won't be disappointed.
