Keep reading to find out more: We went with their + + + + option priced at $470 hkd, and here’s what we tried: : , (+$ ) — Refreshing, with a nice contrast of flavours and textures. (+$ ) — These plump, juicy oysters are served 7 different ways, all of which were so delicious! : — Creamy, with a rich lobster flavour and hint of cognac. — The oyster flavours were rich but not overpowering, and it also comes with a generous amount of oysters too! : (+$ ) — Perfectly cooked and seasoned. : - (+$ ) — The red grouper was so moist with a buttery texture.
