I had a beautifully crafted Korean course meal at Jogakbo inside the Andaz hotel. Each dish was a refined interpretation of traditional flavors. From the delicate seasonal dishes to the perfectly grilled hanwoo beef ribs, every course was thoughtfully plated and full of depth. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the progression of the meal felt well-balanced and luxurious. However, the service didn’t quite match the quality of the food. Staff felt somewhat inattentive and slow to respond, which took away from the otherwise elegant dining atmosphere. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected a more seamless and polished service experience. Still, if you’re visiting for the food, Jogakbo delivers on taste and presentation.
