The food was delicious and definitely matched my taste. The coffee was an unexpected surprise — it was really good and enjoyable. The waiting time was a bit long. The service was okay, but there is room for improvement. The price was reasonable. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Service could definitely be improved. There was a very long wait just to place an order, although the staff did inform us upfront that they were short-staffed and the wait could be at least an hour. Even drinks took quite a while — we only ordered a beer, and even simple options like coconut were already sold out. It would really help if the management could better plan staffing during peak periods, set clearer expectations, and manage the crowd when customers are walking in. That said, the ambience and environment are cozy and comfortable, which makes the place nice to sit in. With better crowd and staff management, the overall experience could be much better.
