Tried the 8-course Omakase experience at Ju95, also part of the 10mpd Kris+ promo. Total cost is $198 flat nett (voucher from Kris+) and we added another pork jowl main at $28++. All the dishes here were exquisitely crafted, in terms of presentation and the quality of the food, they were all top notched. We tried to find a favorite but we couldn’t decide on one and will just leave it as such. Some of the notable dishes are the Parfait Ju, scallops angel hair, pork jowl, mackerel, wagyu tartare and the baby squid rice in claypot. The service from the crew was a perfect 10 and ambience wise the location is just overlooking the Singapore River with great night views. 10/10 experience dining here and will come back to Ju95 again regardless of their future location.
