As a tourist visiting Singapore, this was one of the more disappointing hospitality experiences I had. The only reason why I went is because my friend Agnes recommended it. The venue itself has a great concept, but the atmosphere felt strangely unwelcoming. Throughout the evening, it appeared that the keyboardist's friends and regular group were given preferential treatment, including access to some of the better seats and more attention from staff. He was also visibly drunk while playing.... As someone who was not part of that circle, I couldn't help but feel overlooked. In fact, several guests around us seemed to receive the same treatment. The overall impression was that if you were part of the "in crowd," you were warmly welcomed, but if you weren't, you were largely ignored. The live entertainment also felt unprofessional at times, which further detracted from the experience. Hospitality should make every guest feel valued, not just a select few. Unfortunately, that was not the impression I left with, and I would not return. Everyone please beware.

Had a blast at JUGe 聚歌 Entertainment! The private karaoke rooms are a lot of fun, and the Sichuan dishes were fantastic—especially the Sauerkraut Fish, Spicy Diced Chicken, and Meitai Cauli! Live bands performances were such a vibe! They perform daily from 5:45pm with different acts each night. Definitely worth checking out!
