2026.1訪問 24時間のシンガポール滞在、サンズで思わぬインカムがあったのでカニをいただきましょう。うちの近所でマッドクラブはシンガポールシーフードリパブリックくらいでしか食べられないからね。 ひと昔前にボートキーのJUMBOで夜空の下マッドクラブをワイワイガヤガヤいただいた記憶で同じ系列のこちらのお店に飛び込んだのですが、想像以上の高級感が漂う中、皆さん静かにお食事中。短パン&ポロシャツでよかったのか？ お料理はカニメインでいただきました。2名だとオススメは1.3Kgサイズとのこと。お味はいわずもがな。本場ですからね。ニュートンのホーカーズのチリクラブもいいですが、ここがスタンダードかつ至高なんだと思います。 ビールとその他にホタテや青菜炒めなどをいただいてS$400弱でした。 また来るね。. I visited Jumbo Signatures at Marina Bay Sands, and it was such a standout compared to the regular outlets I’ve been to. The whole experience had that fine-dining degustation vibe and was elevated, refined, and exactly what I love when I’m out for something special. Service was great from the moment we arrived, and the pacing of the courses was spot on. But the real highlight was the food, every single dish was amazing, perfectly executed and full of flavour. You can really taste the difference in quality and presentation at the premium level. My personal favourites were the beef fillet (cooked to perfection) and of course, their chilli crab, which was rich, balanced, and absolutely delicious. Overall, such an impressive experience and definitely worth coming back, especially if you want the classic Jumbo flavours done in a more elevated, intimate setting. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
