They have a promo at $6 which is quite worthwhile. Only shortfall the baked bean is cold from fridge which unfortunately gave me a impression that it is leftover. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Huge chicken parmigiana for $9.50! But I really enjoyed the pork chop with black pepper sauce. The pork was so soft and well-seasoned. Very very filling portion Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4

JWS Grille Factory took over Char Grill Bar in a blink of an eye this month. There is an ongoing opening promotion, a slab of sirloin steak served on sizzling plate with choice of 2 sides for $9.90 (usual $12.90). If you live in the area and frequent CCK, you will notice the similarities to Meet Meat at Keat Hong Mirage. That's because they are 'brothers and sisters'. Unpopular opinion perhaps but I disliked Char Grill's decision to change their fried rice to Din Tai Fung style. If I wanted it, there is King of Fried Rice at Hometeam NS Bukit Gombak and other similar stalls. JWS brought back the simple ham and egg bits fried rice, and I'm grateful for it. Bonus points for more options. Block 347 and 359 is becoming lively again. Do drop by if you are learning at BBDC or playing sports at Bukit Gombak Sports Hall and Stadium or exploring Little Guilin.
