I have not visit this branch for long time. The set lunch today was perfect and Yummy. I Was served by Ms. Carie who was very friendly n provide excellent service. A big thumbs up for her ! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We had a lovely family lunch at Jack’s Place and the overall experience was wonderful. The staff and service were exceptionally warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Even my 9-year-old noticed and commented that all the staff were always smiling — which really speaks volumes about the positive atmosphere there. The food was great overall and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. There was only a slight blunder with my sirloin steak. I had ordered it well done, but it turned out closer to medium well, as there were still slight traces of pink on part of the steak. It was a small issue and did not significantly affect our dining experience. At the end of the meal, Shiva did a thoughtful check-in with us to ensure everything was satisfactory. I complimented him on his excellent service and attentiveness. I also shared the feedback about the steak doneness. I know he had already carefully checked our order before sending it to the kitchen, so it was likely just a minor kitchen oversight. At the end of the session, Shiva presented a complimentary cup cake as a gesture of apologies on the oversight. Thanks ! Overall, we truly appreciated the warm hospitality and attentive service. We had a very pleasant dining experience and would be happy to return again. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ravi from the corporate procurement happens to be at the restaurant and he is such a delight! The most service and friendly and diligent person in the whole floor. The experience today is super good because of his warmth, enthusiasm, genuine and service attitude. Kavinath the assistant manager is super friendly , attentive and excellent. We have the best today Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
