Came here for Mother Day meal as the initial planned restaurant has an insanely crazy queue. I would say Jack’s Place serves up decent quality meals but not to the extend of great or fantastic quality level. Everything feels just right but not overly excessive, a solid 4* I would say for the entire dining experience, atmosphere, service and etc. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I visited Jack’s Place at JEM for the $6 anniversary set meal during the promotion. The meal was good and definitely worth the price, with a satisfying portion. However, I had to wait about 1 hour for a table during a busy period, so it was quite crowded. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10
