I used to really enjoy Jackwell Cafe. The owner is very friendly and clearly passionate and knowledgeable about coffee. I was also happy to see the café growing and opening a second location. However, in several recent visits the waiting time has been very long. Today I waited in line for quite a while and the staff making coffee didn’t acknowledge the queue or communicate with customers, which made the experience confusing. Another customer told me he had already waited about 30 minutes for a simple black coffee. I understand good coffee takes time, but a little communication with customers would really improve the experience. I hope this feedback helps, as it’s a café with great potential.
