とにかくどれも食べても美味しかったです！北京ダックも、カニの石焼きスープも！おすすめです。個室で頂きましたが、少し寒いので羽織ものを持った方がいいです。. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Kid-friendliness: 子供にいつも一番にお食事を提供してくれます。

フラートンホテル内にある高級中華料理。中華とは思えないインテリアと雰囲気で最初やや身構えましたが、店員さんが和やかな応対で迎えてくれて良かったです。今回はコース料理‪#‬2を注文。前菜、スープ、魚料理、メインはロブスターとXO醬味の麺、そしてリゾット。コースはとても良く考えられており、初めは軽く、味つけもあっさりめですが、メインに至るまでにいつの間にかお腹いっぱいになります。前菜からガツンといくとメインが楽しめないので、コース料理ならではの配慮がされてるなと思いました。ホスピタリティも素晴らしい。気さくな感じですが、目が良く行き届いており、快く食事が楽しめるようさりげなく接客してくれます。次の機会あればぜひ天心を楽しみたいと思います。ご馳走様でした。. Located inside The Fullerton Hotel Singapore, Jade is one of the few Chinese restaurants that truly left a lasting impression on me. I especially enjoyed the Sautéed Szechuan-Style Sliced Beef, Tiger Skin Pepper. The beef was tender, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with a subtle smoky spice. The Crispy Diced Chicken, Fermented Shrimp Paste, Cashew Nuts was equally memorable, crispy on the outside with a rich umami fragrance that was not overpowering at all. For dessert, the Cream of Mango, Sago, Lime Jelly was refreshing and light, making it a perfect ending to the meal. Special thanks as well to Sook Teng, Alan Ip and Mun Fung for their warm, attentive, and professional service throughout the dining experience.
