Best financier in my life. To dine in, the reservation would be necessary. It was full occupied so we bought some financier to go, and tried it on the street. But the taste was phenomenal, so we came back to the shop IMMEDIATELY and purchased more financiers for picnic and had them in the park. All of the taste was amazing, too memorable. MUST VISIT. 人生最高のフィナンシェです。店内で食べるなら予約は必須。テイクアウトで購入しましたがあまりの美味しさに即買い足し、気づけば1日に5つ以上のフィナンシェを食べていました…！ ソウルでおいしいベーカリーを見つけるのは難しいですが、ここは何を食べてもおいしいです！

@lydieats I would come here every day if I lived nearby. They make such beautiful cakes highlighting seasonal fruits and have the most perfect, light flavor (not too sweet!!!!). Their madelines were quite dense tho.

I enjoyed the food in Yeonhui-dong and heard that it was newly opened, so I went there when it first opened. First of all, the atmosphere the pastry chef wanted, the combination of dessert and bar, was very fresh and good. However, as soon as I entered the room, I was a little disappointed by the music that did not suit me at all (it felt like the employees were playing their closing song), and I was shocked when I bought and ate all kinds of madeleines and financiers. (I ate them on the day of purchase.) Has the recipe changed? ..? Madeleines, everything I bought at Financier was so dry and tasteless that I left it all behind. Did I go there with too high expectations? Or was there an error in my memories of Jaein?
