Jame's Mochi, a chain store in Yunlin and nearby counties, emphasizes new flavor and even combines traditional Taiwanese mochi with western ice cream. New flavors of mochi seem to appeal to and attract younger generations of the shoppers and visitors. The store in Hsi Lo Old Town is limited for take-out service.
