Incredible dinner and lovely service! Came to celebrate my birthday and was met with top notch service by Harveer and Ed. They recommended the chicken and octopus which were absolutely delicious. Loved how crispy the chicken was but still juicy on on the inside. They even sang happy birthday and ensured we were well taken care of. It's rare to see service of this level nowadays in Hong Kong. Highly recommend! Price per person: $500+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your new venue. I have always been a loyal supporter of your bar, and every time I visit Hong Kong I make sure to schedule a visit. When I heard that you had moved to a new venue, I made a special effort to come, but the experience can only be described as awful. The bar is very small, there were not many guests, and it was unclear what the staff were actually doing. After I was seated, I was left to choose the wine entirely on my own, no one came over to introduce or recommend anything. Even after placing my order, I waited ten minutes and still had not received my drink. The two male staff members seemed either half-asleep or as if something was seriously wrong, and with only two tables of customers it is unacceptable that everyone had to wait that long. They only served me after I chased them again. When a tall Chinese gentleman eventually brought my drink, I asked him for some suggestions for my next glass, but his response was completely unrelated to my question. My friend and I were left wondering whether he actually knows anything about wine. Previously, when I visited your old shop, Steve would start introducing and recommending new bottles from my very first glass, I practically did not need to choose from the wine list at all because he always gave me excellent suggestions. Now, it is a completely different story. After this dreadful experience, I do not expect to return to this place again. Price per person: $250–300 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
