I used to come here fairly often since it’s close to home, but to be honest, it’s not the kind of place I’d go out of my way to visit. It was just convenient and decent enough. However, this visit was quite unpleasant. I had already joined the waiting list through the app and was waiting my turn, but the staff ended up seating walk-in customers directly instead of directing them to use the reservation kiosk. When I asked about it, they told me those customers had arrived earlier and were already waiting. That didn’t make any sense, especially since all the parties ahead of us had already been seated and it was clearly our turn. What made it worse was that I had just heard that group say, right before entering the restaurant, that they had “just arrived” and that it was unusually crowded. So it was obvious the explanation wasn’t true. It was honestly shocking how casually the staff tried to cover the situation with a lie, and even more unsettling that they seemed completely unbothered by it. Regardless of the food or atmosphere, the basic level of service and trust was completely broken for me. I won’t be coming back. If this is how they handle things, it really makes you question everything else—including the food. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
