Actually this time is 0.5 stars. Just ate at the time of this post. -Salmon sashimi isn't fresh, it's bland, it's pale, it's wilted, it's very tasteless. -The price is comparable to famous restaurants in Bangkok, but the taste is very different. -Pork Tonkotsu, this is unacceptable. The flour isn't right, the pork isn't very tough, you can't chew it, you have to spit it out onto paper. The dipping sauce was not sweet or greasy, it was completely wrong. - Even just the seaweed salad comes in ice. The taste was so sweet that I thought it was spilled sugar. - The weather inside the store is quite hot. P.S. I still gave a star because the rice was delicious. P.S. I saw a friend from Aranya give a review that said it was very good. I just moved here and this is my first time eating here. To be honest, I'm unforgivably disappointed. If there's something wrong today that's different from normal, please explain it to me. Happy to come in and try again after the edits are complete. and are happy to edit reviews and ratings. But if there is no clarification, I would like to keep it at 1 star and probably not dare to come again.
