Super impressed with my experience! My order was shipped out within 24 hours, just as Jeff promised and it arrived in under a week all the way from Japan to Australia! The packaging was secure, everything arrived in perfect condition and the shipping fees were really affordable. Highly recommend this store :)

My order was shipped not long after being placed. Prior to ordering I was a little unsure about buying. Here in Australia, I have been ripped off with pricing of products & also lied to about products. I love so much of Japanese culture, so calming & I also love Japanese tea... Jeff was kind & also reassuring, which put my mind at ease. When I shop, I can be overwhelmed with emails that is kind of off putting. I did not have this experience at all shopping at "Japanese Green Tea Shops". I am very much looking forward to receiving my order.
