Overall the atmosphere is great especially if you coming in winter season. For the food a Jardin hamburger (Pork) is a must try in my opinion. Lastly the entry ticket that you bought for entering this facility and exchange to Mont Fleur Natural Mineral Water "ELITE". Meal type: Other Price per person: ฿1–200

I was staying 5 minutes away at Glamping Hill Resort, and the tent was suffocating hot. I discovered with delight that Jardin Mont Fleur was just five minutes walk away. There used to be a Cafe de Masque on the same property, but it’s closed and Jardin Mont Fleur is the replacement. The first unpleasant surprise is that you have to pay 200 baht at the gate near the car park to even approach the cafe. You get two coupons, but you can’t redeem them against your food order. Instead you can exchange it only for 2 bottles of something called Mont Fleur Elite water. I ended up spending 375 baht for two coffees, more than half it for elite water I did not want. I’d call this a ripoff. The decor is gorgeous, faux Edwardian French, with an art gallery feel. It’s a cool shelter from the outside heat but neither the service nor the small cakes match the grandeur of the decor. For example, you have to order from a menu screen as you enter. This is like being in a Macdonald. You’d expect a place like this to allow you to sit in leisure, browse through a menu and order. But it feels almost like they’re terrified you’ll leave without spending. They squeeze 200 baht from you outside and make sure you’ve ordered before you even sit down. Needless to say, you get a beeper to tell you your order is ready to be picked up, which is also like a fast food joint. So — it’s basically self-service with a fake classy look and a big price tag. Do not get taken in. Even the flowers are fake. I’ll probably look for a different coffee shop next time I’m feeling hot. Meal type: Other Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
