We were lucky to get the opportunity to dine at Jashn Bangkok, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable Indian meals we’ve had. We tried the Lajeez Lamb Keema, Chicken Baluchi, Tandoori Mushroom, Matar Mushroom, Dal Tadka and Rice, Garlic Naan, Laccha Paratha, Gajar Ka Halwa, and Strawberry Fanta. What impressed us the most was that not a single dish felt average. Every single item was packed with flavour and cooked to perfection. It’s rare to visit a restaurant where every dish leaves such a lasting impression. The ambience deserves a special mention. Jashn serves Mughlai cuisine in a beautifully designed space with soothing interiors and classic old Hindi music but in slightly more lo-fi style, playing softly in the background. It creates a calm, elegant atmosphere where you can truly enjoy your meal. Even though the restaurant was full, the environment remained peaceful because everyone was respectful of one another, making the overall dining experience even more enjoyable. The service was equally impressive. The staff was warm, attentive, extremely polite, and genuinely courteous throughout our visit. As a vegetarian, my favourite was the Tandoori Mushroom. It wasn’t the usual version you find elsewhere. The mushrooms were stuffed with beautifully melted cheese, making every bite incredibly delicious. I honestly wish I could get the chef’s recipe. The Matar Mushroom was another standout. The gravy was rich, perfectly balanced, and every flavour came together beautifully without being overpowering. Even something as simple as the Dal Tadka was outstanding, proving that they pay attention to every dish on the menu. My husband absolutely loved the Lajeez Lamb Keema, and the Chicken Baluchi was incredibly tender, literally melting in the mouth. The perfect ending to the meal was the Gajar Ka Halwa. If you have a sweet tooth, don’t skip it. It leaves such a delicious lingering taste that it’s the ideal way to finish your meal. One thing that really surprised us was how light we felt afterwards. Despite enjoying such a lavish Indian meal, we didn’t experience the usual heaviness that often follows. Everything tasted fresh, the ingredients felt high quality, and the food was cooked with great care. If I could rate Jashn Bangkok higher than five stars, I genuinely would. From the beautiful décor and relaxing ambience to the exceptional service and outstanding food, everything exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Jashn Bangkok to anyone looking for authentic Mughlai cuisine in Bangkok. Whether you’re vegetarian or non-vegetarian, there’s something here that will impress you. You’re not just going for a meal, you’re going for an experience, and I have a feeling you’ll leave just as happy as we did. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch
