Thank you so much for your kind review The owner is indeed Indian and he is also the same Head Chef who used to work at old Jaspas .He has now taken over the restaurant and is personally leading the kitchen to keep the high standards you enjoyed.We are really happy to hear you still loved the food hope to see you again
