Best bar in all of Japan !! Kay is so sweet and welcoming and the drinks were all great! The owner is really knowledgable about all the drinks and can recommend you exactly what you’re looking for (and you will love it for sure)! Super friendly owner Ms Kay, who makes you feel welcome and comfortable, the moment you walk into the small and cozy 'Jazz Decoy' bar, tucked away, up a flight of stairs in the Golden Gai area. Visited in December 2024. Wish I had been able to drop in a second time. Highly recommended. Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
