Amazing chill vibe, great for a night cap. Ms. Kay is so sweet and kind. Must-see stop in Golden Gai. Ask to sign her guest book, or mark your hometown in her map book! Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Super friendly owner Ms Kay, who makes you feel welcome and comfortable, the moment you walk into the small and cozy 'Jazz Decoy' bar, tucked away, up a flight of stairs in the Golden Gai area. Visited in December 2024. Wish I had been able to drop in a second time. Highly recommended. Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
