Found this place on Louis Vuitton's Seoul list. Coming from NYC, this restaurant is the freshest farm to table experience I've ever had, better than any Michelin. The Chef sources from a farm that sells primarily to fine dining restaurants: the beef was freshly sourced the day-of and tasted like premium sashimi, the herbs look simple but they're packed with fruit juice and crispyness that I've never had before, and every dish was handmade fresh by the one chef. You can tell he has an innate talent and we honestly felt so lucky to have gotten a reservation. I noticed some mixed reviews, but I think this place is a real gem if you're accustomed to and appreciate a thoughtful, fine-dining farm-to-table approach. If you love fresh flavors and a curated experience, you will absolutely adore it here. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
