We had a family brunch after check out. Nice atmosphere, and looking good menu for family (bongole kalguksu, shrimp pancake etc) so we entered and ordered 6 menus (platter, kalguksu, kale ssambab, hoe dupbob, shrimp pancake, and beef tartare rice). Kalguksu was salty for kids and asked for more hot water. Asked for more side dish and extra tortilla but generally it took a long time. This was the MAIN PART, while we were waiting for extra tortilla and side dish, there was a COCKROACH, crawling on the table and went into the platter. We called the staff and staff reported to the owner, and the owner said that they do CESCO (every month? Twice a month? I don’t remember). But since I used to work in the hospitality industry cockroach is totally different story from other kids of insects. Even though he apologized but sorry I could not feel any sincere apologies.. generally service was not a great level. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₩10,000–20,000
