The staff were unable to communicate in English, which made ordering unnecessarily difficult. In Singapore, where English is the common working language, this was both surprising and disappointing. Basic bilingual service should be the bare minimum for a restaurant operating in an eatery at West Mall. Unfortunately, this significantly affected the dining experience and I will not be returning.

Very disappointing experience. The service was poor — staff were visibly throwing items around, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable to watch. The desserts were equally disappointing. The mango was sour, and the sticky rice was completely tasteless even after adding coconut milk. The tangyuan was served cold, even though it was added to desserts that were supposed to be hot, which ruined the overall experience. What’s worse, even the more expensive desserts like Xue He were not worth the price of $9.80. It didn’t even come with fugus, which was extremely disappointing given the premium cost. Overall, poor service and low-quality desserts. Definitely not worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend this place.
