This is THE place to go to in Singapore for your breakfast fix of Shui Kweh which is basically it is a little steamed rice cake topped with diced pickled radish and is a common breakfast item. It was delicious, sweet and chocolately (if chocalately is a word!) This is Jian Bo's specialty and worth trying at least once. You won't regret it!

WOW.

Slightly sticky, just-soft-enough kueh, topped with super savoury, oily, satisfying fried vegetable topping. The best thing I ate in Singapore, and I will definitely be back when I’m in town.

Curious with Shui Kweh which claimed they already exist since 1958. This shop not only sells shui kueh but also other Singapore traditional kueh. Shui Kweh for myself taste like kue talam (made from rice flour and coconut milk), with topping sambal made from ebi (dried shrimps, balacan and turnip). The taste not bad. Just cost me $2.50 for 5pcs
