Fourseasons hotelの２階。 とても落ち着いたお店。 コースと北京ダックを頂いたのですが、フレンチ中華のようなオシャレなコースでした。とても美味しかった。ただやはり少し高め。特別な日に良いかも。 ワインやノンアルコールのドリンクも種類が多く、美味しかったです。

I dined at Jiang-Nan Chun on Day 1 of Lunar New Year, and once again the experience was exceptional. The food was delicious across the board. The Abalone Yu Sheng was beautifully balanced and fresh, the suckling pig was perfectly roasted with crisp skin, and the steamed bamboo clams with glass noodles were fragrant and flavourful. The glutinous rice with Chinese sausage was rich and comforting, while the crispy chicken was wonderfully golden and succulent. What truly stood out, however, was the superb service. I briefly mentioned that the steamed fish felt slightly over-steamed. The team responded immediately with genuine concern, apologised sincerely, and graciously offered to replace it with a freshly prepared fish — completely complimentary. That level of attentiveness and professionalism reflects their commitment to delivering an impeccable dining experience. Elegant setting, refined cuisine, and service that goes above and beyond. Dining at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore is always a pleasure. Highly recommended. Price per person: SGD 100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
