The Atmosphere The environment is straightforward and efficient. This is a "walk-in and find a seat" establishment, which often involves communal seating at shared tables. Picking out a drink from the fridge before sitting down is essential, as the staff does not serve them at the table. Even with the constant crowd, the team is incredibly accommodating. The Food Portions are very generous. Most people find the small or medium bowls more than enough, as the servings are quite large. Beef Noodles: These are the highlight of the menu. The beef stays perfectly tender, the noodles have a fantastic texture, and the broth provides a simple but deep flavor profile. The Customization: Adding regular or spicy tallow and mustard greens at the table is the best way to elevate the bowl.
