2026年1月3日訪問。知人に勧められて冷麺（本格的な味付け）、サンゲタン（アワビ入り）、石焼きユッケピビンバをいただきました。お値段は高めですが、味は最高でした。また来ます。

I really enjoyed my meal at Gaejung in Daegu. The bibimbap was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented, with a great variety of vegetables and perfectly balanced flavors. The ingredients tasted high quality, and everything was well seasoned without being too heavy. The restaurant has a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere, making it a nice place to enjoy a traditional Korean meal. The service was friendly and efficient, and the overall experience felt authentic.
