We booked a hut for 2nights. Bathroom got cobwebs and mosquitos. Make sure to always close your door. When we got to our hut, there was a used empty packet of toothbrush. The villages' area was really big but it looked like it was not well maintained. Too bad that the fitness gym looked like it was abandoned. Service was good though, they provided us insect repelants. But I highly recommend to give more of a budget for maintaing the area. Service: 5

This villa is just like located in national park, however I would give -0.5 point for nearby shooting range and -0.5 point for unstable WiFi. It’s very quiet and peaceful, but 3 days I stayed, at nighttime I felt nobody around, that’s a bit scary. The bathtub are excellent, just like Japanese reserved private spring room. Service: 4

A beautifully eclectic property in lush surroundings just 30 minutes from the medina of Chiang Mai! This was a last minute stay for us and the rustic bungalow was perfect. Didn't manage to see the surroundings by daylight but a night exploration of a portion of the property yielded an amazing Wat, half a dozen or so pyramids complete with Sphinx, and an abundance of flora and fauna. The bungalow was basic but that was just right for us. No issues regarding cleanliness. Admittedly, portions of the property seemed abandoned or a touch neglected, but we were not affected by them. Given the beautiful location, proximity to Chiang Mai proper and especially the price, we'll be back when our lungs need a break from the city environs! Service: 5
