会社の会食で利用宴会メニューは大きく分けて２種類 円卓で取り分けるか、個々で提供するか？ご時世柄、個々で提供メニュー（芙蓉）NTD2280に別途 北京ダックを選択。う〜ん 金額が高いだけに使っている食材は良いのだけど、味付けは中華だけどどちらかと云うとフュージョンっぽくって、コンテンポラリーな中華を期待していただけに少々ガッカリ一番美味しかったのが、メニュー外の北京ダックで作った麻辣味の料理っていうのもね〜ワインはとても美味しかった今回はメニューの選択で間違ったかも知れないから、次回は円卓メニューにしてみよう（次回があれば）

This time to celebrate my father’s 70th birthday, we booked the Jiu Lou Chinese Restaurant on the ninth floor of the Ambassador Hotel in Hsinchu. The must-try dish at this restaurant is the Cantonese-style sliced duck, and you must make a reservation three days in advance to get it. It also provides a variety of Chinese cuisine and Hong Kong-style dim sum. The dining environment is luxurious and luxurious.
