This was my third visit, the food is decent. unfortunately the customer service has generally been poor, especially from some of the non-Chinese staff, who often seemed grumpy and unhelpful. Today, I also witnessed a staff member cleaning the counter and wiping the waste back into the food container with a towel, which was quite disgusting and very unhygienic. I do want to acknowledge the young Cantonese staff member, who was helpful and friendly. I really appreciated her positive attitude. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: $50–100

Have always been a JOA fan ~ delicious food + big portion + reasonably priced but ordering to go is actually much cheaper than ordering via deliveroo. Too bad I’m nowhere near their physical store. Spicy and sweet chicken is my go to order! I love that they have the option to get everything - veggie, japchae, rice for the base as well!
