We had two wonderful cups of coffee at John Small Roastery today. The flavor notes really came through beautifully, and the service was impeccable throughout the experience. One area that could perhaps be improved is the coffee-to-water ratio. Since our drinks were served over ice, they became diluted fairly quickly, and some of the flavor clarity and tasting notes faded sooner than expected. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable experience and we would gladly come back again the next time we’re in Seoul.

Really good customer service. Everything was brewed well. The fresh crop Chelbessa really surprised all of us - one of the best washed Ethiopians I've had and we enjoyed it more than the CM Panama gesha!

Probably the best coffees I’ve had in Korea. Clean, well developed and balanced light roast with delicate and expressive flavors. I took 2 filters and they were delicious. I’ve left with an iced latte and the fruitiness of the coffee was coming through just so right. The baristas are really helpful and friendly. Highly recommend !
