We went to Johm Thong twice during our stay in Koh Samui and loved it every single time. The restaurant itself is one of the prettiest we’ve been to, sand flooring, beautiful decor, and such a special atmosphere. But even more importantly, the food is incredible and the staff genuinely attentive. On our first evening, our waiter noticed that I was spooning out the inside of my fresh coconut. The next day, he specifically picked younger coconuts for me so it would be easier to get the fruit flesh out. So thoughtful and such kind service Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great food, super friendly service, and an amazing view. We really loved the whole experience — relaxed atmosphere, beautiful setting, and delicious dishes. Definitely a place we would happily come back to! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Fantastic little family restaurant with amazing Thai food. Everything tasted fresh and the portions were generous. The owner was serving while the family handled the cooking and grilling. Watching the brother fish right after sunset and then seeing the fish grilled was something special. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
