I had a great experience at Jollibee in noven mall . The staff were friendly, polite, and attentive. Customer service was excellent, and my order was prepared efficiently. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, with good hygiene standards. The team created a welcoming atmosphere, and I am very satisfied with the overall service. Keep up the excellent work! I'm disappointed with the service during my recent visit to Jollibee Novena Square 2 yesterday. There was no “no ice” option available on the self-ordering kiosk, so I ordered a set meal. However, the soft drink was served with ice. When I politely asked the staff Nurul, help me to remove the ice, she responded impatiently and appeared unfriendly. This affected my overall dining experience, and I felt that the service quality needs improvement. I hope the management will look into this matter and provide better staff training, especially in terms of customer service attitude. Overall, this was an unpleasant experience.
