Very disappointed with this Jollibee outlet. They forgot my fries in my order, and this isn't even the first mistake they've made. Previously, I ordered an 8-piece bucket of chicken and specifically requested all spicy. Instead, they gave me 4 spicy pieces and 4 original pieces. Now they've forgotten my fries as well. It seems like they don't pay attention to orders, and the quality of service is very poor. Customers shouldn't have to keep checking whether their orders are correct before leaving. I won't be returning to this outlet unless they improve their service and accuracy. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

It's not busy when we visit got a lot of staff but were served fries cold, and condiments were not given. We always eat here and the service is ok but today it was really bad. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 10–20

Philippines largest fast food chain is now in Singapore. Jollibee Paya Lebar Square is small, if you are coming with the whole gang/family/friends it would be difficult to get a seating or table.
