朝ごはんで利用させて頂きました。トースト、オムレツはおいしかったです。目の前が道路を挟んだ海です。工事中だったので、海はみえませんでしたが、工事がおわれば素敵な海を眺めながらの食事ができます。. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

In spite of good food and fun show with Elvis impersonation, we got totally wrongly treated by the restaurant management lady in that we didn't get the correct return change. When we had gotten our bill we payed with two 1000 Baht notes, and sat waiting for the change and getting our tip ready. When nothing happened, we called on the attention of the staff, asking what had happened to the change. We were then asked to talk to the management lady, who insisted we had payed with a 1000 + 500 Baht note. We both of us knew for sure that we gave them two 1000 Baht notes since we had gotten only 1000 Baht notes at the ATM and we had no 500 Baht note. And why would we otherwise wait for change? They tried to show on a camera, but did not want to zoom in on what we gave them. So they kept the 500 Baht change. The behavior of the management lady was an extremely inmature, rude and unprofessional approach and treatment towards customers! Due to this we will never return to the Jomtien Boathouse Restaurant and will sadly leave Pattaya with a negative experience. Pls be aware of getting your correct return change.
