Arguing back and forth just to insist that you were not wrong about using two types of chili is unacceptable. If one type of chili is clearly stated as not allowed, then it is simply not allowed. The note clearly says that fresh chili cannot be eaten and the customer cannot handle spicy food, yet another type of chili was still added and justified as “the restaurant’s recipe.” What made it worse was that the staff said they must strictly follow their procedures, while many customers had already complained before. There were even cases where riders came and insulted people at the shop, using offensive language like cursing someone’s parents or calling them stupid right in front of the restaurant. This shows poor service standards and very careless operations. The food was not even delicious, and the whole situation turned into the worst dining experience of my life when it comes to Thai food.
