Service: Stood outside the entrance that was facing the street (main entrance) for a long time as there was a sign telling us to “please wait to be seated”, however, no staff attended to us whatsoever despite standing there waiting for a long time. A man with a ponytail was just focused on clearing plates from the tables, the restaurant wasn’t even crowded btw and there were PLENTY of empty tables for us to be seated at. We made eye contact with him but he decided to continue clearing the plates- completely ignoring us. In the end, my partner and I had to come in by ourselves and ask the staff at the cashier to provide us with a QR code so that we can order the food. Two people were just chatting away happily at the cashier btw** Food: I think the picture says it allthis is meant to be their signature J steak?? I ordered a medium rare sirloin but it came well done. For context, pictured below is the second steak delivered to us after we sent the first one back to the kitchen. Texture is off and the thickness of the steak is absolutely pathetic. First and last time coming to this outlet for sure. Only saving grace would’ve been the truffle mash potato. had a very pleasant dining experience at Josh’s Grill. The food was delicious and well-prepared. I especially enjoyed the grilled chicken — it was juicy and full of flavor. The portion size was generous and worth the price. The staff were friendly, attentive, and served us with a smile. The restaurant was clean and had a comfortable atmosphere, perfect for dining with family or friends. Overall, I am very satisfied and will definitely visit again. Highly recommended! We went to Josh's Grill to celebrate our anniversary with our baby, and it was a wonderful experience. The crew were very accommodating, attentive, and kind, which made us feel really welcome. We loved the food and the ambiance. We ordered the ribeye steak with coleslaw and butter rice, the sirloin steak with salad and sour cream potato, plus an extra à la carte mac and cheese. For dessert, we had cheesecake and some drinks (forgot the names, but they were great!). It’s a bit pricey, but the quality of the food definitely makes it worth it. Everything we ordered was delicious. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely come back.
