Been a patron of the Joyden hillv2 branch for a really long time. Recently tried out the Leisure Park branch and overall the food has been really good and consistent with what I’ve had before. We ordered the century egg porridge, pork ribs, siew mai, har gao and roasted pork. All was excellent—actually the har gao tastes better than I remembered. Big, juicy with a nice delicate skin. Though one thing that I thought wasn’t as good as before was the siew mai. It used to be bigger, have a more balanced mushroom and prawn flavour. But today it tasted a bit blander with a slightly sourer note. It’s still decent, but not as great as before in my opinion. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The main dishes is overall acceptable however the desserts is why I give such a low rating. The orh nee and red bean paste have some sour taste but the smell are okay. The mango sago is good and I recommend this for dessert. The service is good but not really too good to be rated as 5 star. The waitresses are friendly and provides services to the best they can but does not have that high services you may experience at other establishment. As this outlet is located at leisure park, it gives off a awkwardly peaceful atmosphere. I went there during dinner timing and did not see the restaurant filled (perhaps due to the location). Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $60–70 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

We have been patronising Joyden Seafood for more than a decade but this is closed. This review is for Joyden Canton, a new outlet, and is our first visit. We ordered four items of dim sum and it was pretty bad. The dim sum was served hot which is good but the food is too salty especially the har gao and lacks flavor. The steamed pork ribs is out of tangent, super oily and 90% pork fat and the pieces are not properly sliced. Look at how the siew mai is presented. On checking out, the cashier said the chef is from Hong Kong. Rather disappointing and far from the excellent Hong Kong dim sum. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $40–50 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
