I was looking forward to a nice durian shake. When I ordered and I asked for no milk the lady that presented herself as the manager said she couldn't make it without milk. I told her I'm an ethical vegan and I showed a card that explains in Thai what I can't eat. She refused to even read it. I told her I didn't understand why, I told her I was gonna pay the whole amount of course but she kept saying that they don't change recipes and that she was not willing to make me a shake with no milk. Just so you know you lost a customer willing to buy multiple shakes a day for the several days I'll be staying here. Very disappointing.
