A must-visit for contemporary Korean cuisine! We ordered the 8-course lunch paired with wine. You can really taste the freshness of the locally sourced ingredients. Each course was well-crafted and exquisite. The duck was delicious! On top of that, the English service was top-notch and excellent. I left the restaurant feeling very, very full and satisfied. I came to celebrate (check out) their earning of Michelin star this year and it was better than I had imagined. The menu consists of seasonal & local ingredients. When I visited in late April 2026, there were mix of land and sea food options. I enjoyed every course - with taste and presentation. It felt special. The wine pairing is also a great value. Prior to visiting, I had made a note about shellfish allergy of my husband. They were very accommodating and made adjustments. My husband also enjoyed all of the offerings notating the quality of fresh ingredients and subtle but memorable flavors of each dish. The dining room is calm and relaxing with a breathtaking view of the ocean. Love the seamless service style as well - it was an exceptional quality dining experience that felt uninterrupted. We actually talked about how peaceful it felt the entire time. The service team members are operating so smoothly and you just never really notice anything off which is near perfection. The only other time I had this exceptional experience was at L'Ambrosie (circa 2024, 3 Michelin stars at the time) and I truly feel this is quite rare to find. I appreciate Le Dorer staff for creating this magical moment during our visit. Looking forward to visiting again when we are back in Korea. Pictured is my favorite course of the meal - Mackerel.
