Wow, I had such an amazing experience at this place! The two-person set menu was seriously impressive — everything was so fresh and beautifully prepared, and the atmosphere was super relaxing. First up, the Kagoshima Wagyu A5 was absolutely melt-in-your-mouth. The marbling was perfect, and each bite just dissolved. It paired perfectly with the Inaniwa udon — super chewy and silky, dipped in that rich broth, it warmed me up from head to toe. The beef tongue was thick-cut and has such a nice chew, full of flavor. And the black pork belly? OMG, it was so tender and fragrant, with a great balance of fat and meat. The veggie skewer platter with okra, cucumber melon, and shiitake mushrooms was colorful and healthy, perfect for a little crunch and freshness. For drinks, I loved the Netsui Ringo Passion Apple — sweet, tangy, and super refreshing. The seasonal fruit soda was also gorgeous, made with fresh seasonal fruits, and it really quenched my thirst while looking so pretty. Overall, every dish was made with so much care, and the flavors were layered and satisfying. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. My wife and I recently visited Juji, and it was an unforgettable experience! The highlight was their unique sukiyaki, featuring a twist of melting cotton candy into the broth before cooking the A5 wagyu beef. This added a hint of sweetness and made the meal fun and interactive. The A5 wagyu beef was exceptional, with its rich marbling and melt-in-your-mouth texture. The wait staff expertly cooked the beef at our table. The sukiyaki broth was then used to cook fresh vegetables and udon noodles, absorbing all the delicious flavors. We also ordered some skewers of meat, which were a bit bland compared to the sukiyaki. However, the overall experience was still fantastic. The service at Juji was impeccable, and the ambiance made it a perfect spot for a special occasion. Overall, Juji offers a unique and delightful dining experience that combines high-quality ingredients, innovative cooking techniques, and excellent service. Highly recommended!
